The HTC Group had organized various sporting events and offered right opportunity for youngsters to grow. Providing international exposure has been among the glories for the group, seeking to establish its brand through talent-grooming. With high hopes and aspirations, it is confident of producing sporting gems who would represent the country and various other leading clubs. With such intent, HTC Group is striving hard through offering the chances to produce the future holder for the country who could bring glory.

The year 2004 came with an initiative by the DSM to provide the first real chance of a grand exposure for the Indian Players in the form of the 38th International Children Games, held at Cleveland States University, Cleveland Ohio, USA. Tennis, Swimming and Soccer were the categories in the Games played at Cleveland State University.

A similar participation was made possible by the DSM for Tennis; Swimming and Soccer competition in 39th International Children Games at WARWICK UNIVERSITY, Coventry, UK.

The all Girls U-18 Team got a chance to take part in a Youth Soccer Cup at Baldwin College, Ohio USA where it came 4th in the Tally.

With DSM League was initiated in 2007, 300 players from more than 60 schools of NCR participated and 45 of them were selected to take part in premier Soccer Tournament in USA in various categories. Among the participants, 11 kids were offered full scholarship to make their trip to the USA for the game.

In yet another event, DSM was selected as the official representative of a Premier Youth Soccer Tournament of USA for entire Asia.

DSM launched Coerver Coaching in 2008 which has been rated as the World's No.1 soccer Skills Teaching Program to India.
